This full planning package is designed for the couple who doesn’t have the time or knowledge to plan but wants to host a perfect event. You can be as involved as you like. Or just let us know your most important details, vision and guest information and let the professionals do the rest. This package allows us to do the work while you make the final decisions and just enjoy the process.

Our partial planning package is designed for the couple who doesn’t mind doing some planning but wants a professional partner throughout their unique planning process. With the “you do some and we do some” mentality, we will be by your side with helpful, professional advice and guidance from the start.

5 hour Mini Package 

This 5 hour Mini Package is designed for the couple who wants a someone to oversee the important parts of the day but may be on a stricter budget and not need the full day managed. We will show up one hour before ceremony to finalize all details and decor are set and ready. We will handle the organization of the ceremony through the reception traditions, within the 5 hour window. As well as make sure all your vendors are well prepared before we leave.

Meetings:

  • One full detail, custom itinerary, and venue walkthrough meeting roughly one month before your wedding day
  • One video meeting to tie up any details

Destination Wedding

We love to travel! Our destination package is for the couple who is getting married more than a 5 hour drive from Seattle, WA and realize they need a little help with details and day of. This includes out of WA State travel. For reference, if there is a flight from SeaTac to wedding destination, this would be the package for you. This package includes all necessary travel cost needed for your wedding day for planner and assistant. We will handle the organization, day of execution, and make sure you are enjoying every moment of the day without having the stress to figure it all out alone.
